In the atmospheric surrounding of what was once an imperial court bakery, the master baker provides an insight into traditional confectionary and its production. Then it is time to test one's personal skills. Is piping on the traditonal criss-cross pattern topping on the menu, or something more individual? There are no restrictions on your imagination! Finally, almonds splinters are sprinkled on and the masterpiece goes into the oven. Some two hours later, the self-made cake can be collected, all wrapped up in a gift box.
