Local pub tour

A loud whistle and the slow train comes to a halt. Everybody out! A drink is already waiting for the entire cheery group in front of the pub. Time for a quick chat and then it's off to the next destination.

The pub tour is both an unusual and entertaining way to become acquainted with the Upper Austrian capital. The round trip leads to all the city sights and while on the move, a lot of interesting information is provided via loudspeaker. A glass panorama roof and heating enables the Linz City Express to run in any weather. In-house brewed beer, cider, wine, schnapps and non-alcoholic beverages are to be had at up to 15 different pubs along with local snacks such as Leberkäse (meat loaf), open dripping and cured cheese sandwiches and the original Linzer Torte (cake).

The pub tour can also be enjoyed from a Willy company veteran bus. Open top buses, as well as an original London double-decker are available.

Our tip! The pub trip need not start from the Hauptplatz (main square), but directly from your hotel, conference venue or company.
